The GF series tubular centrifuge, manufactured by Zhengzhou Toper Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd., is designed for separating emulsions and mixing various liquid-liquid-solid phases with minimal impurities. It delivers optimal separation results when the impurity content is below 1%. For percentages exceeding 1%, clarification is recommended.
During operation, the mixed slurry is introduced through the bottom inlet, where the centrifugal force propels the liquids upwards along the bowl's wall. The varying gravities of oil and water cause the heavy liquid (water) to form the outer ring and the light liquid (oil) to form the inner ring. These liquids are then discharged through their respective outlets at the top of the bowl. Any remaining particles settle on the bowl's wall and can be manually removed after the machine stops.
