The rack is constructed of carbon steel wrapped in stainless steel, while the filter plate and frame are made of SUS 304 stainless steel. This filter press is ideal for solid-liquid separation in various industries including food, environmental protection, light industry, medicine, chemical industry, metallurgy, and oil.
It is particularly suitable for filtering large quantities of beer, wine, cooking oil, and other liquid beverages. The operation principle involves pumping suspension into the filter unit, where under pressure, the filtrate passes through the filter layer and cloth, with residues remaining in the filter box for solid-liquid separation.
