Structure and Working Principle:

The horizontal screw centrifuge utilizes centrifugal sedimentation to separate solid-liquid suspensions continuously. It consists of a drum, spiral, differential, bearing seat, feeding tube, main motor, auxiliary motor, and more. The high-speed rotation of the drum generates centrifugal force, separating solid particles from the mixture. The differential speed between the drum and screw allows for efficient discharge of solids.
