The membrane filter press consists of membrane plates and filter chambers made of ordered filter plates. Slurry materials are sent to the filter chamber by the pressure of a feeding pump and then enter the filtrating media (filter cloth) to separate solid and liquid in the slurry material. When the solid in the slurry material becomes cake-shaped, air is sent to the membrane to fully squeeze the solid to reduce moisture content. This machine is ideal for filtration of sticky materials and controlling moisture content ratio.
