Description:

This Manual operation/jack screw filter press is the simplest type, consisting of a screw jack, beam, filter plate, and filter cloth.

Operation:

1. Press: Ensure flat filter cloth, insert strength adding rod into the screw jack, rotate clockwise until desired pressure is reached.
2. Return: Rotate the screw jack counterclockwise to release pressure.
3. Adjustment: If slippage occurs, adjust the direction valve accordingly.
4. Leakage: Add pressure if leakage is detected.
5. Cleaning: After filtration, discharge the cake by pulling out filter plates, then start a new cycle.
