Introduction:
Filter plates usually come in three different types: plate-frame type, chamber type, and membrane type. They can be made from various materials such as modified enhanced polypropylene, glass fiber polypropylene, rubber membrane, polypropylene membrane, cast iron, and stainless steel. Depending on the feeding style, they can be classified as middle feeding, corner feeding, or upper middle feeding. Users can choose filter plates in different materials based on their production requirements.
Membrane filter plates consist of two pieces: the main membrane plate and the matching plate. They are made using E-glass fiber polypropylene, which provides enhanced toughness, rigidity, robustness, security, and a long service life. These plates are resistant to corrosion, acid, alkali, salt, non-toxic, odorless, and heat resistant below 90°C. They can withstand a clamping force of 30 Mpa, and the filtration pressure can reach 1 Mpa.
This Membrane filter plate belongs to the type of chamber filter plate, mainly used for filtering processes with shortened filter cycles, high solid rates, and improved filtering effects as the latest and most practical new type of filter plate.
