The Tubular Centrifuge Separator by Zhengzhou Toper Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd. is a highly efficient separator designed for separating blood plasma and cells from various animals. Through extensive experimentation, this centrifuge offers high yield and minimal blood cell breakage. The contact parts are made of stainless steel, meeting GMP requirements for the medicine-making industry.
It can be widely used for various applications such as plasma powder, thrombin, albumin, immunoglobulin, red cell powder, SOD, hemachrome, and more. The centrifuge separator consists of a machine body, driving part, bowl, liquid collecting pan, and liquid-in bearing set. The material is sprayed onto the bowl, where strong centrifugal force separates the components based on gravity.
The GF centrifuge separation method efficiently separates emulsions, especially suitable for liquid-liquid separation with small gravity differentials and separation of liquid-liquid-solid phases with impurities.
