This Manual operation/jack screw filter press is the simplest type, consisting of a screw jack, beam, filter plate, and filter cloth.

Operation of this manual filter press:

1. Press: Ensure the filter cloth is flat, insert the strength adding rod into the screw jack, rotate clockwise until desired pressure is reached.
2. Return: Insert the strength adding rod, rotate the screw jack counterclockwise to release pressure.
3. Adjustment: If slippage occurs, adjust the direction valve accordingly.
4. Discharge: After filtration, return the head plate, pull out filter plates to discharge the cake, and start a new cycle.
