Application of the Hydraulic Chamber Plate Filter Press For Kaolin Slurry

Toper hydraulic compress PP plate filter press widely used  in the dewatering and separtion area like the mining,metallurgy,petroleum,chemical,environmental protection,electroplating ,food ,pharmacy,oil ,biological ,beverage,coal washing,sewage treatment,ceramics,leather etc.

 

Chemicals: dyes, pigments, titanium dioxide, manganese, caustic soda, soda ash, chlor-alkali salt mud, white carbon black, saponin, graphite, bleach, Synaptic powder phosphor, sodium hydrosulfite, potassium chlorate, sulfuric acid

Medicine: antibiotics (chlortetracycline, erythromycin, spiramycin, Jinggangmeisu Midecamycin, tetracycline, berberine, oxytetracycline), calcium phytate, traditional Chinese medicine inositol, growth derived sand, organic phosphorus glucoamylase.

Food: rice wine, white wine, fruit juice, beverage, beer, yeast, citric acid, vegetable protein, plant density sweetener, glucose, stevioside, malt sugar, starch, rice flour, corn syrup, gum, carrageenan, monosodium glutamate, spices, sauce, liquid, oral liquid, soy milk, seaweed.

Metallurgy: gold, silver, copper, iron ore, rare earth powder, not to send mine.

Refining: white oil, sesame oil, light oil, glycerin, mechanical oil, vegetable oil.

Of clay: kaolin, Run land, activated earth, china clay, ceramic soil.

Sewage treatment: Chemical sewage, smelting wastewater, plating wastewater, leather waste, printing and dyeing wastewater brewing wastewater, pharmaceutical wastewater, environmental sewage, etc

 

Operation process includes the following,

1. The hydraulic unit drive the head plate to press the middle plates and filter cloth between 
head  plate and tail plate. And chambers form between every two plates.

2. The pump will deliver the mud into the chambers. Solids retainled in the chamber to be 
cake, and liquid flow out. Until the cakes is full. Then pump stops.

3. With about 10 minutes pressure holding. When you see there is no liquid flow it, the 
squeezing process finishs. 

4.The plate shifter device will help to pull the plates one by one, and cake will discharge 
automatically
