Our product is designed for the separation of suspensions containing solid-phase granules with a diameter greater than 0.01mm. It is particularly suitable for filtering toxic and flammable materials, making it ideal for industries such as chemical, pharmacy, food, and light industry.
Examples of materials that can be processed include gypsum, thiamine, mirabilite, ferric sulfate, copper sulfate, nickel sulfate, potassium chloride, acetic acid, borax, soda, rubber additives, dyes, plastic raw materials, soaps, greases, resins, food salts, sodium glutamate, food additives, starch sugar-making, vitamins, antibiotics, herbicides, insecticides, and the dehydration of mineral fines like copper, zinc, and aluminum.
The drum operates at high speed, with materials entering from the top feed pipe and moving towards the drum shell due to centrifugal force. Liquids pass through the sieve pores and are discharged, while solids are retained in the drum. The filter bags containing the solid cake can be easily discharged after separation.
