It achieves optimal separation results when impurities or solid phases in the liquid are below 1%. If the percentage exceeds 1%, clarification is recommended.
During operation, the mixed slurry is sprayed into the bowl from the bottom inlet. The centrifugal force causes the liquids to separate based on gravity, with heavy liquid (water) forming the outer ring and light liquid (oil) forming the inner ring. The separated liquids are discharged from their respective outlets, while particles settle on the bowl's wall for manual removal after the machine stops.
