The Stainless Steel Upper Discharge Chemical Industrial Drum Centrifuge, manufactured by Zhengzhou Toper Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd., is an improved centrifuge based on the SD series. Made of stainless steel 304, this centrifuge is food-grade and designed to reduce labor intensity, enable quick discharging, and facilitate easy cleaning of the filter bag.
It is suitable for separating suspensions containing solid-phase granules with a diameter greater than 0.01mm, making it ideal for filtering toxic and flammable materials. This centrifuge finds applications in various industries such as chemical, pharmacy, food, and light industry.
The drum, driven by a motor, accelerates materials towards the shell through centrifugal force. Liquor passes through the sieve pore and shell, while solids are held in the drum. Discharging is facilitated by loosening the lock blocks on the lip ring and filter bags containing the cake.
The centrifuge accelerates solid settlement through centrifugal force, leading to automatic and continuous solid-liquid phase separation. It is suitable for dewatering, concentration, grading, and clarification in various applications.
