Application Scope

It is suitable for separating suspensions with solid-phase granules larger than 0.01mm, particularly ideal for filtering toxic and flammable materials. Widely used in industries like chemical, pharmacy, food, and light industry.

Structure and Principle

The drum, driven by a motor, accelerates materials towards the shell through centrifugal force. Liquor passes through sieve pores, while solids are held in the drum. Discharging is simple by loosening lock blocks and suspending the filter bags containing cake.

Features

Suspension enters the drum from the feed pipe, with solids settling on the drum wall due to centrifugal force. The settled particles are then discharged through a screw conveyor blade, achieving automatic and continuous solid-liquid phase separation.
