Disc separator is a high efficiency, large output, advanced automation equipment. Suitable for low-solids suspension, the proportion of the smaller difference between the immiscible liquid separation, is the pharmaceutical, chemical, biological products, beverage products and other industries essential equipment. The principle is based on the centrifugal force of different proportion of the material by different force, so as to achieve the purpose of separation. The new advanced automatic control is the disc separator is superior to other separation equipment characteristics.
DHC self-discharging disc separator is a self-cleaning separator, it is by the inverter and PLC and a set of electrical components control slagging mode of equipment.
The disc separator is specially used for the two-phase and three-phase separation .The two phase separation is to separate the suspended solid from liquid or separate two liquids which have the different specific gravity and are immiscible.The three-phase separation is to separate the two immiscible liquid phases and a phase of solid at the same time.
2.Working Principle of DHC series centrifuge for solid-liquid-liquid separation:
The bowl rotates at a high speed round the main axis, driven by a motor through hydraulic coupling and screw gear pair. stock liquid flows from the upper feeding pipe into the bowl's bottom and then will be separated through holes of disc seat. by the action of centrifugal force field, heavy liquid flows along the inner wall of discs to the inner wall of the bowl, after up flowing along them, it will be discharged by the heavy liquid pump, the light liquid will be done by the light liquid pump, which flows along the inner wall of discs into centre pipe and then up to high liquid outlet. the larger solid phase particles left will sedimentate on the bowl's wall and then will be discharged, controlled by the sliding bowl, out of the sediment outlet.

Microalgae extraction , the bacteria became the solid status in the liquid after high pressure homogeneous broken while broken the proportion concentration bacteria liquid . Later on the centrifuge can effectively separate the bacteria cell wall and increase the purity of bacteria dissolution.
In extraction fat acids technics selection , some extraction fat acid need dry the separated micro algae and then adopt the extraction technics which will add organic solvent , extracted algae oil and content certain amount bio-plastics , carbon and water mixture . Later the semi-solid state bio-resin , carbon and water mixture as heavy liquid and crude oil as the light liquid which it's proportion rate is about 0.9% . After the centrifugal separation for crude oil's colloid substances it can effectively degumming and dehydrate and then the refined oil proportion rate will be 0.8-0.85.

FILTER PRESS SERIES:
Filter presses can be divided into plate and frame type and are used for solidliquid separation of various suspending liquid in intermittent pressure filtration. Filter plates are pressed by pressing devices and suspending liquid is pumped into the filter chamber. Solid particles and separated through filter cloth.
