This tubular centrifuge is an upgraded version of the original separator, extensively used for separating blood plasma and cells from various animals. With high yield and minimal blood cell breakage, it meets GMP requirements with its stainless steel contact parts.
It is ideal for separating plasma powder, thrombin, albumin, immunoglobulin, red cell powder, SOD, hemachrome, and more. The centrifuge separator includes a machine body, driving part, bowl, liquid collecting pan, and liquid-in bearing set for efficient separation.
During operation, the material is sprayed onto the bowl, creating a strong centrifugal force that separates the components based on gravity. The heavy liquid forms the outer ring, the light liquid forms the inner ring, and solids settle on the bowl's wall for manual discharge.
GF centrifuge separation is perfect for separating challenging emulsions, especially for liquid-liquid separation with small gravity differentials and liquid-liquid-solid phases containing impurities.
