The Disc Centrifuge Machine by Zhengzhou Toper is a versatile settlement centrifuge designed for separating challenging materials like viscous liquids and small solid particles. It is widely used across various industries including protein, medicine, chemicals, dairy products, beverages, petroleum, metallurgy, and biotechnology.

This disc centrifuge machine can perform two key separation processes:

1. Clarify Operation: Ideal for liquid-solid separation, particularly for lower solid content slurry separation.
2. Separation Operation: Suitable for liquid-liquid-solid separation, such as suspensions of viscous liquids with fine solid particles or emulsions of liquids with similar densities.

Featuring a high separation factor and strong separation ability, this disc centrifuge machine offers manual slagging or PLC program control for automatic slagging, reducing labor intensity and improving work efficiency. The hydraulic coupling replaces traditional friction plate clutches, ensuring a clean and hygienic operation environment. The machine structure is simple, facilitating easy maintenance.

The vertical centrifuge design of this machine includes a drum mounted on the top of a vertical axis, driven by a motor for high-speed rotation. The drum contains a set of nested disc-shaped parts with small gaps between them. Suspensions or emulsions are fed into the drum through a central feed tube. As the suspension flows through the gaps between the discs, solid particles or droplets settle to form a sediment or liquid layer. The separated solids accumulate in the drum for manual removal after shutdown, while the separated liquid is discharged through an outlet without stopping the machine.
