Hydraulic pressure filter press uses electric contract pressure gauge to maintain pressure, esay operation, stable, reliable structure, suitable for larger filtration area filter press. Stainless steel can meet the high standard for food, wine, medicine and juice. It is suitable for fine filter or sterilization filter.
Filter press working principle:
In operation, the pressing device(cylinder piston rod or screw) drives the push plate to press the filter plate and filter cloth between push plate and tail plate. Filter chamber are formed between pressed filter plates and materials get into the filter chambers through the feeding inlet of tail plate. Solid particles are remained in filter chambers forming into cakes, while liquid is discharged out of the machine through press cake and filter cloth. To wash the press cakes, washing water can be introduced through the washing inlet of the tail plate. In similar manner, drying the filter cakes with compressed air going into the washing inlet.
Filter press is suitable for variety suspension's solid-liquid separation. It is widely used in food, environmental protection, light industries, medicine, chemical industry, metallurgy, oil and other industries. It is especially suitable for large quantities of beer, liquor, wine, cooking oil and other liquid beverage fine filter or sterilization filter.
Operation principle
Suspension is pumped into each closed filter chamber of the filter press by feed pump. Due to pressure, the filtrate is discharged out of machine from outlet through the filter layer and filter cloth, and the residue is kept in the filter box to achieve the solid-liquid separation purpose.
