Specifications:

This filter press features a recessed chamber design with center feeding. It includes a high-quality carbon steel beam, polypropylene filter plates, acid and alkali-resistant filter cloths, a hydraulic unit with China brand pumps and valves, and an electric control cabinet with PLC control.

Operation Process:

1. The hydraulic unit drives the head plate to press the plates and filter cloth, forming chambers.
2. The pump delivers mud into the chambers, separating solids to form cakes.
3. Pressure is held for about 10 minutes until no liquid flows out.
4. A worker manually discharges the cakes.

With its high efficiency, low water content cakes, and ease of operation, the Tailings Sludge Filter Press is ideal for iron ore, copper, and gold mine tailings treatment.
