It is a recessed chamber filter press with center feeding. It consists of a beam, filter plate, filter cloths, hydraulic unit, and electric control cabinet. Detailed information:

1. Beam: High-quality carbon steel Q345B processed with sandblasting and epoxy primer for higher intensity and corrosion resistance.
2. Filter plate: Polypropylene (PP) with acid & alkali resistance, high strength, and lightweight.
3. Filter cloths: High-quality polypropylene acid and alkali proof or high-quality polyester acid.
4. Hydraulic unit: China brand famous pumps and hydraulic valve, convenient maintenance.
5. Electric control cabinet: PLC control cabinet with famous brand electrical components.

Operation process:

1. The hydraulic unit drives the head plate to press the middle plates and filter cloth, forming chambers between every two plates.
2. The pump delivers the mud into the chambers, separating solids to form cakes and liquid to flow out.
3. Pressure holding for about 10 minutes until no liquid flow is observed, indicating the squeezing process is complete.
4. A worker manually discharges the cake.
