Operation Process:

1. The hydraulic unit drives the head plate to press the middle plates and filter cloth between head plate and tail plate, forming chambers between every two plates.
2. The pump delivers the mud into the chambers, where solids are retained to form cakes and liquid flows out.
3. Pressure holding for about 10 minutes ensures efficient filtration.
4. The plate shifter device helps to pull the plates one by one, allowing for automatic cake discharge.
