This automatic filter press is widely used in various industries including papermaking sewage, printing/dyeing sewage, leather/tannery sewage, and more. It features a recessed chamber design with center feeding, consisting of a beam, filter plate, filter cloths, hydraulic unit, and electric control cabinet.

Key Features:

1. Beam made of high-quality carbon steel Q345B for durability and corrosion resistance.
2. Filter plate constructed from polypropylene (PP) for acid & alkali resistance and high strength.
3. Filter cloths made of high-quality polypropylene or polyester for durability.
4. Hydraulic unit includes China brand pumps and hydraulic valve for efficient operation.
5. Electric control cabinet with PLC control and famous brand electrical components.

Operation Process:

1. The hydraulic unit drives the head plate to press the middle plates and filter cloth, forming chambers between every two plates.
2. The pump delivers the mud into the chambers, separating solids to form cakes and allowing liquid to flow out.
3. Pressure holding for about 10 minutes to complete the squeezing process.
4. A worker manually discharges the cake once the process is complete.
