Made entirely of food-grade stainless steel 304, the PSD centrifuge is designed to reduce labor intensity, enable quick discharging, and facilitate easy cleaning of the filter bag, earning it a stellar reputation.
The PSD centrifuge is ideal for separating suspensions with solid-phase granules larger than 0.01mm. It excels in filtering toxic and flammable materials, making it a valuable asset in industries like chemical, pharmacy, food, and light industry. Its applications range from processing gypsum to vitamins, antibiotics, and mineral fines like copper, zinc, and aluminum.
Driven by a high-speed motor, materials enter the drum through the top feed pipe and move towards the drum's shell due to centrifugal force. Liquor passes through the sieve pores while solids are retained in the drum. The filter cake can be easily discharged by loosening the lock blocks on the lip ring.
The PSD centrifuge accelerates solid settlement in the drum through centrifugal force, guiding particles to the solid-phase exit for continuous separation. The clarified liquid overflows from the overflow hole, ensuring automatic and efficient solid-liquid phase separation.
