The membrane filter press features membrane plates and filter chambers made of ordered filter plates. It effectively separates solid and liquid in slurry material, reducing moisture content by fully squeezing the solid with air pressure. This machine is ideal for filtering sticky materials and achieving specific moisture content ratios.
Membrane plates are constructed similarly to recessed chamber plates but have flexible drainage surfaces. The membrane inflates to exert pressure on the filter cake, reducing moisture content before cake discharge. This Membrane Filter Press optimizes cycle efficiency by squeezing the cake to achieve final solids content in a reduced cycle time.
