1. Introduction of hydraulic compress chamber filter press

Filter press is a kind of Solid-liquid separation dewatering treatment equipment. The hydraulic station of the filter press adopts: regular split soft connection, including: motor, high pressure oil pump, electromagnetic reversing valve, high and low pressure valve, pressure regulating valve, pressure maintaining valve, high and low pressure oil pipe, electromagnetic pressure gauge, stroke control switch Wait, the machine is equipped with a motor power of 2.2KW.
Simple in operation, safe and labor saving, the whole filter press system are auto controlled by the electrical panel. All devices including feed pump, hydraulic power pack, plate shifting device, valves and conveyors are guided by the logic in PLC, and make them work more efficiently.
Other special filter press automatic functions also can be added such as filter cloth washing system, filtrate collecting system,filter cloth shaking system, drip tray system etc.   

It is the recessed chamber one with center feeding. It consists of beam, filter plate, filter cloths, hydraulic unit and electric control cabinet. Detailed information is the below:
1. Beam, High quality carbon steel Q345B and processed with sand blasting to remove rust and oxide skin, then painted by epoxy primer to get higher intensity and corrosion resistance.
2. Filter plate, Polypropylene(PP) with acid & alkali resistance, anticorrosion, innocuity, tasteless, light weight and high strength.
3. Filter cloths, High quality polypropylene acid and alkali proof or high quality polyester acid.
4. Hydraulic unit, China brand famous pumps and hydraulic valve; Carbon steel bending welding, sealing, air filtration external oil pump, cooling effect is good, maintenance is convenient; High and low pressure oil pipe for gb soft connection
5. Electric control cabinet, PLC control cabinet with Siemens brand Electrical components, Split type or can be fixed on the beam.

5. Operation process includes the following


1. The hydraulic unit drive the head plate to press the middle plates and filter cloth between head plate and tail plate. And chambers form between every two plates.
2. The pump will deliver the mud into the chambers. Solids retainled in the chamber to be cake, and liquid flow out. Until the cakes is full. Then pump stops.
3. With about 10 minutes pressure holding. When you see there is no liquid flow it, the squeezing process finishs.
4. A worker will have to discharge the cake manually.

4. Refining:white oil, sesame oil, light oil, glycerin, machine oil, vegetable oil.
5. Clay:kaolin, bentonite, activated clay, clay, electronic ceramics clay.
6. Wastewater treatment: variety of liquid chemical waste water, sewage smelting, electroplating wastewater, sewage leather, printing and dyeing  wastewater, sewage brewing, pharmaceutical waste water, sewage and other environmental particulates clarify new equipment
