Toper Steel frame protable press filter is stainless steel multi-layer plate and frame filter.It is fit for
for enclosed filter in liquids with concentration 50%, low viscosity and little slagso as to meet precision filter and half-precision filter requirements like refining,sterilization and clarification.By direcly using
microporous membrane, material can achieve aseptic filtration without passing microporous
membrane filter.
All parts of this liquor filter is made by SUS304 or SUS316L high grade stainless steel with corrosion
resistance. Filter plate is designed screw structure ,can change different filter material according to
different filter medium and productive technology. also can increase or decrease the quantity of layer
according to your filter flow. When it is working, it filtrates with pressure seal, no lose of liquid and goodclearity. You can customize multistage filter device, first stage is rough filter stage, secondary is fine
filter stage, then can safe time , increase your filter ratings. The sealing part of this machine is silica
gel seal with high-temperature resistance, non-poisonous and no leakage.
Working principle of the Steel frame protable press filter
When working, suspension goes into the filter chamber with the help of a pump, due to the pressure,
the filtrate go through the filter layer and the membrane or other filter, and then discharge out. and the
soli parts retained in the chambers to reach separation.
This filter is better for various liquor filtration, like beer, wine, grape wine, rice wine and so on.
