Product Description:

This Manual operation/jack screw filter press is the simplest type, consisting of a screw jack, beam, filter plate, and filter cloth.

Operation:

1. Press: Ensure the filter cloth is flat, insert the strength adding rod into the screw jack, rotate clockwise until the desired pressure is reached.
2. Return: Rotate the screw jack counterclockwise to release pressure.
3. If slippage occurs, adjust the direction valve. Press strength should be sufficient with one person's effort.
4. After filtration, discharge the cake by pulling out the filter plates one by one.
