Operation of the Manual Filter Press:

1. Press: Ensure the filter cloth is flat, insert the strength adding rod into the screw jack, and rotate clockwise until the desired pressure is reached.
2. Return: Rotate the screw jack counterclockwise to release pressure.
3. If slippage occurs during press or return, adjust the direction valve accordingly.
4. Adjust press strength as needed to prevent leakage.
5. After filtration, discharge the cake by pulling out the filter plates and start a new cycle.
