PP Plate Automatic Dewatering Press Filter 

This chamber filter press machine from Zhengzhou Toper Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd. is designed with a frame, filter plate, hydraulic pressing system, electric control cabinet, and PLC control system.

Working Principle:

Using a feeding pump, the filter medium (filter cloth) separates solid and liquid. Solid particles form cakes in filter chambers, while liquid is discharged through the press cake and filter cloth. The automatic pulling plate device opens the filter plates one by one to discharge the filter cake, allowing the next pressing process to begin.
