LW series oil industrial Decanter Centrifuge for Hemp Ethanol Separation

The horizontal screw discharge sedimentation centrifuge uses the principle of centrifugal sedimentation to continuously separate the solid liquid suspension. The solid phase is continuously introduced by the spiral. The machine is a continuous and efficient solid-liquid separation equipment with the following properties.

Wide application range, good adaptability to materials, can be widely used in chemical, light industry, food, paper, mining and other industrial sectors, suitable for solid-liquid separation of suspension solid phase weight concentration ≤ 10%, such as calcium carbonate , calcium sulphate, polyvinyl chloride, distiller's grains, bean dregs, soy protein, paper pulp, vegetable oil, kaolin, white mud, environmental protection and other industries, and various chemical products suitable for sedimentation and centrifugation can be effectively dehydrated.

Structure and working principle
The horizontal screw centrifuge in the form of mechanical differential is mainly composed of drum, spiral, differential, bearing seat, feeding tube, machine base, cover, main motor, auxiliary motor, electrical control system and various monitoring instruments. . When the material enters the centrifuge drum cavity, it is driven by a high-speed rotating drum to rotate at a high speed, so that the material is subjected to strong centrifugal force. Due to the high density, the solid particles in the mixture are subjected to a small centrifugal force, and a liquid ring layer can be formed only inside the solid ring layer. Since the rotation speeds of the screw and the drum are different, there is relative movement between the two (ie, the differential rotation speed), so the spiral will push the solid settled on the inner wall of the drum toward the outlet end of the drum and discharge. The role of the differential is to make the drum and screw have speed difference.
