Operation Process:

1. The hydraulic unit drives the head plate to press the middle plates and filter cloth between, forming chambers between every two plates.
2. The pump delivers the mud into the chambers, allowing solids to be retained in the chamber as cake while liquid flows out until the cakes are full.
3. Pressure is held for about 10 minutes, and when no liquid flow is observed, the squeezing process is complete.
4. The plate shifter device assists in pulling the plates one by one, automatically discharging the cake.
