Brief introduction of the tubular centrifuge :
Tubular centrifuge is a kind of centrifugal equipment with high separation factor.The minimum separation particle size is 1micron.
It is especially used in extraction ,enrichment and clarification of material with the following situations:the specific gravity difference between solid phase and liquid phase is small;the patrical size is samll and solid content is low;the medium is strong corrosive.Mainly used in the solid-liquid separation and liquid-liquid-solid separation for food ,chemical,beverage,biological pharamacy,blood products,solid-liquid separation of intermediates and so on.
This machine has the advantages like: good separation effect,high yield,small cover area,easy operation etc.
Tubular centrifuge is mainly divided into clarify series GQ and separation series GF.
GF separation series:
This type mainly used for various industrial suspension very diffculty to separate,especially suitable for liquid-liquid suspension with small specific gravity difference between solid phase and liquid phase,and liquid-liquid-solid separation with few impurities.
Liquid with large density deposit on the outer wall of the drum and liquid with smallwe density deposite on the inner wall of the drum.Both of them get to the upper part of the drum to discharge .Solid particles deposit on the drum wall to be artificially discharge after downtime.

GF series tubular centrifuge is mainly used for separating emulsion and mixing several kinds of liquid-liquid-solid phases contained a little impurity. The machine can get the most ideal result of separation when foreign matter or solid phase product contained in liquid is less than 1%. Clarification should be recommended first if the percentage is over 1%.
When works, the mixed slurry is sprayed onto the bowl from the inlet on the bottom, with the strong centrifugal force, allowing the milk flow upper along the wall of the bowl, together with different gravity of the oil and water, heavy liquid(water) forms outer ring and light liquid(oil) forms inner ring. They flow to the top of the bowl and discharge from their respective outlet. And the little particle is settled on the wall of the bowl and discharged manually after the machine stops.
There are two main ways to extract essential oils:(both of this two ways, tubular centrifuge will be used in the liquid liquid separation.)
1. Steam distillation is the most common method of extraction because it is the easiest to operate and low in cost. The fresh or dried aromatic plant material is placed in a distiller, heated by steam to the bottom, and the essential oil in the plant is evaporated along with the vapor. After the water vapor containing the essential oil is collected and cooled by the conduit, the vapor is cooled to a liquid, and then separated according to the difference in specific gravity and density of the water and the essential oil. Among the remaining water, more or less some essential oils are dissolved inside. This is called flower water, and most of the essential oils are extracted in this way.
2. Freezing compression method (pressing method) It is specially used to extract essential oils stored in the peel, such as citrus fruits. The extraction method is to add water during the process of crushing the peel, and after collecting the juice, the essential oil is separated by a refrigerating centrifuge.
