This solid liquid separation centrifuge is an improved version of the SD series three feet up discharge centrifuge. It offers excellent corrosion resistance, making it suitable for various strong corrosive chemical media including acids, alkalis, salts, and organic compounds. The efficient anti-corrosion lining plastic centrifuge features a roll lining form that provides resistance to acid, alkali, and salt.
The PSD series centrifuge machine is known for reducing labor intensity, quick discharging, and easy cleaning of the filter bag. Its plastic-coated construction makes it ideal for combating chloride. The centrifuge eliminates the traditional suspending type of three legs support, opting for a flat-plate counterweight and high viscosity damping agent vibration isolator for vibration absorption.
Working Principle:
The drum, powered by a high-speed motor, facilitates material separation through centrifugal force. Liquor passes through sieve pores, while solids are retained in the drum. The filter bags containing cake can be easily discharged after separation.
