Introduction:
The LW centrifuge from Zhengzhou Toper Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd. utilizes centrifugal sedimentation to separate suspensions and features a spiral for material unloading. It operates continuously at full speed, making it ideal for solid-and-liquid separation, size classification, and liquid clarification of suspensions with challenging filter cloth recycling, high concentration, and large size range.
Structure and Working Principle:
The horizontal screw centrifuge consists of a drum, spiral, differential, bearing seat, feeding tube, machine base, cover, main motor, auxiliary motor, electrical control system, and monitoring instruments. As material enters the drum cavity, it experiences strong centrifugal force due to the high-speed rotation of the drum. The differential rotation speed between the screw and drum causes the spiral to push settled solids towards the drum's outlet for discharge.
Material: The parts contacting the processing material can be made of carbon steel, special stainless steel, titanium alloy, etc.
Antifriction treatment: Spiral feeder coated with abrasion resistance material, or inlaid with hard alloy slice, or corundum ceramic plate, the sludge outlet can be inlaid with hard alloy bush or corundum ceramic bush.
Structure type: Counter flow type, concurrent flow type, and three-phase separating type.
Speed adjustment: Stepless speed regulation of the drum rotation; spiral differential speed adjustable at will.
Bearing lubrication: With grease lubrication, oil lubrication, or forced oil circulation lubrication for option.
Safe protection: With over-vibration protection, bearing temperature online checking, display & overheating protection, or motor overheating protection for option.
