Sedimentation centrifuge is a intermittent operation device. The material is added to the drum from the upper part (tha drum is no hole and no filter cloth is needed ). Under the centrifugal force , the heavier solid phase deposits on the drum wall to form the sediment layer. The light phase material forms an inner liquid layer, and the clarified inner liquid phase can be turned over the liquid intercepting plate to overflow the rotating drum, and water can be overflow the liquid pipe, and the solid phase is manually removed from the machine after the shutdown. The upper part of the drum is discharged. It is suitable for separating solids containing solid particles, high viscosity, low concentration, difficult regeneration of filter medium, solid phase specific gravity larger than liquid phase suspension.
