Experience efficient filtration with our Plate and Frame Filter Press. The operation process is simple and effective:

1. The hydraulic unit drives the head plate to press the middle plates and filter cloth between, forming chambers between every two plates.
2. The pump delivers the mud into the chambers, allowing solids to be retained in the chamber as cake while liquid flows out until the cakes are full.
3. After about 10 minutes of pressure holding, the squeezing process finishes when no liquid flow is observed.
4. The plate shifter device helps pull the plates one by one, automatically discharging the cake.
