Toper Semi Automatic Hydraulic Filter Press for Oil Industry

• Filter plate constructed from Polypropylene (PP) for acid & alkali resistance, innocuity, and high strength.

• Hydraulic unit includes China brand famous pumps and hydraulic valve for efficient operation.

Operation Process:

1. The hydraulic unit drives the head plate to press the middle plates and filter cloth, forming chambers between plates.
2. The pump delivers mud into the chambers, separating solids to form cakes and allowing liquid to flow out.
3. Pressure holding for about 10 minutes ensures efficient squeezing process.
4. The plate shifter device assists in pulling plates one by one for automatic cake discharge.
