This automatic filter press is widely used in various industries including papermaking, printing/dyeing, leather/tannery, electric-plating, metal-processing, stone/mine, food/beverage, livestock, butchery, and more.

Key Features:

1. Beam made of high-quality carbon steel Q345B for durability and corrosion resistance.
2. Filter plate constructed from polypropylene for acid & alkali resistance, corrosion protection, and high strength.
3. Filter cloths made of high-quality polypropylene or polyester for durability.
4. Hydraulic unit features China brand pumps and hydraulic valve for efficient operation.
5. Electric control cabinet with PLC control for easy operation.

Operation Process:

1. The hydraulic unit drives the head plate to press the middle plates and filter cloth, forming chambers between every two plates.
2. The pump delivers the mud into the chambers, separating solids to form cakes and allowing liquid to flow out.
3. Pressure holding for about 10 minutes ensures efficient separation.
4. A worker can manually discharge the cake once the process is complete.
