This Manual Filter Press is the simplest type, consisting of a screw jack, beam, filter plate, and filter cloth.
1. Press: Ensure the filter cloth is flat, insert the strength adding rod into the screw jack, and rotate clockwise until the desired pressure is reached.
2. Return: Rotate the screw jack counterclockwise to release pressure.
3. If slippage occurs during press or return, adjust the direction valve accordingly.
4. Press strength should be sufficient with one person's effort; adjust if leakage occurs.
5. After filtration, return the head plate, discharge the cake by pulling out filter plates, and prepare for the next cycle.
