Membrane Filter Press

The membrane filter press consists of membrane plates and filter chambers made of ordered filter plates. Slurry materials are sent to the filter chamber by the pressure of a feeding pump and then go into the filtrating media (filter cloth) to separate solid and liquid in the slurry material. When the solid in the slurry material becomes cake-shaped, air is sent to the membrane to fully squeeze the solid to reduce moisture content. This machine has special characteristics to meet high requirements for filtration of sticky material and moisture content ratio.
