This automatic filter press is widely used in various industries including papermaking, printing/dyeing, leather/tannery, electric-plating, metal-processing, stone/mine, food/beverage, livestock, butchery, city mixed raw sewage, excretion, and water purifying.

Operation Process:

1. The hydraulic unit drives the head plate to press the middle plates and filter cloth, forming chambers between every two plates.
2. The pump delivers the mud into the chambers, where solids are retained to form cakes while liquid flows out.
3. Pressure holding for about 10 minutes ensures efficient squeezing process.
4. A worker manually discharges the cake once the process is complete.
