This automatic filter press is widely used in various industries such as papermaking, printing/dyeing, leather/tannery, electric-plating, metal-processing, and more.

2. Filter plate made of polypropylene (PP) for acid & alkali resistance, high strength, and light weight.

Operation Process:

1. The hydraulic unit drives the head plate to press the middle plates and filter cloth, forming chambers between every two plates.
2. The pump delivers the mud into the chambers, separating solids to form cakes and allowing liquid to flow out.
3. Pressure holding for about 10 minutes ensures efficient squeezing process.
4. A worker manually discharges the cake once the process is complete.
