Disc Centrifuge Machine

The disc centrifuge machine by Zhengzhou Toper Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd. is a settlement centrifuge designed for separating difficult-to-separate materials such as viscous liquids and small solid particles in suspensions or emulsions.

How It Works:

The vertical centrifuge has a drum mounted on the top of the vertical axis, driven by a motor for high-speed rotation. Suspensions or emulsions are fed into the drum through a central feed tube. Solid particles or droplets settle on the discs inside the drum, forming a sediment layer. The separated liquid is discharged through an outlet. The disc design shortens settling distance, increases settlement area, and enhances production capacity.

For manual slag removal, the solids are cleared after machine shutdown. Alternatively, the machine can discharge solids without stopping operation.
