Membrane Filter Press consists of membrane plate and filter chamber made of ordered filter plates. The slurry materials are sent to the filter chamber by the pressure of the feeding pump and then go into the filtrating media (filter cloth) to separate solid and liquid in the slurry material. When solid in the slurry material becomes cake shape, air is sent to the membrane to fully squeeze the solid to reduce moisture content. This machine has special characteristics to meet the high requirements for filtration of sticky material and moisture content ratio.
Membrane Filter Press achieves further reduction of cake moisture content by compressed air or water twice press. This is ideal for situations with strict requirements for cake moisture content and the need for drying the cake. Through the membrane filter press secondary crushing machine, cake moisture content is minimized, leading to reduced energy consumption.

When the power button is pushed, the hydraulic device's cylinder piston drives the push plate to press the filter plate and filter cloth, creating filter chambers.
