This filter press is widely used in the wastewater industry for various applications such as papermaking sewage, printing/dyeing sewage, leather/tannery sewage, and more.

Key Features:

• Beam made of high-quality carbon steel Q345B
• Filter plate constructed from Polypropylene (PP) for acid & alkali resistance
• Filter cloths made of high-quality polypropylene or polyester
• Hydraulic unit with China brand famous pumps and hydraulic valve
• Electric control cabinet with PLC control and China famous brand electrical components

Operation Process:

1. The hydraulic unit drives the head plate to press the middle plates and filter cloth between head plate and tail plate, forming chambers.
2. The pump delivers the mud into the chambers, separating solids to form cakes and allowing liquid to flow out.
3. Pressure holding for about 10 minutes before the squeezing process finishes.
4. Manual discharge of the cake by a worker.

Overall, this recessed chamber filter press is designed for durability, corrosion resistance, and efficient wastewater treatment.
