The horizontal screw centrifuge consists of a drum, spiral, differential, bearing seat, feeding tube, machine base, cover, main motor, auxiliary motor, electrical control system, and monitoring instruments. When material enters the centrifuge drum, it experiences strong centrifugal force due to high-speed rotation. Solid particles settle on the inner wall of the drum and are pushed towards the outlet end by the spiral, aided by the differential speed between the drum and the screw.
