It achieves optimal separation results when impurities or solid phases in the liquid are below 1%. If the percentage exceeds 1%, clarification is recommended before operation.
During operation, the mixed slurry is introduced into the bowl through the bottom inlet. The centrifugal force separates the components, causing heavy liquid (water) to form an outer ring and light liquid (oil) to form an inner ring.
