Our GF series tubular centrifuge, designed by Zhengzhou Toper Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd., is perfect for separating emulsions and mixing various liquid-liquid-solid phases with minimal impurities. It delivers optimal separation results when the impurity content is below 1%. If the percentage exceeds 1%, we recommend clarification beforehand.
During operation, the mixed slurry is introduced into the bowl through the bottom inlet. The strong centrifugal force causes the liquids to separate based on gravity, with heavy liquid (water) forming the outer ring and light liquid (oil) forming the inner ring. These liquids are then discharged through their respective outlets at the top of the bowl. Any remaining particles settle on the bowl's wall and can be manually removed after the machine stops.
